Representation analysis and design of digital signals and systems. Covers sampling and quantization, z-transform and discrete Fourier transform, digital filter realizations, design techniques for recursive and non-recursive filters, fast Fourier transform algorithms, and spectral analysis. Additional topics may include adaptive filtering, homomorphic digital signal processing, digital interpolation and decimation. Offered by Electrical & Comp. Engineering.
